All fees are quoted in Australian dollars. Any payment made in any other currency must include appropriate bank charges or PayPal charges that are incurred by Ozpeopletrace.

A non-refundable deposit is required in advance of any investigation not specifically quoted as a disbursement payment to defray out of pocket expenses incurred by Ozpeopletrace, specifically quoted investigations shall have all fees paid in advance.

Ozpeopletrace undertakes to keep the client fully appraised of the progress of the case, and will respond to your communications at the earliest possible convenience.

Ozpeopletrace will investigate each search using the most appropriate methods, as determined by Ozpeopletrace, as far as the clients budget allows.

Cancellation of a search is at the discretion of Ozpeopletrace. Once a search has commenced, no refund will be considered.

As our searches are dependant upon information provided by the client, Ozpeopletrace does not accept any responsibility for inaccurate results due to misleading, inaccurate, or false information.

Should a client fail to reveal, or conceal from Ozpeopletrace, any information pertinent to the search that comes to our attention during the search, that prevents Ozpeopletrace from continuing the search in a lawful, legal or ethical manner, Ozpeopletrace will have the discretion to act upon that information as it thinks proper.

No guarantee is given that a locate will result. The limitations of the budget may not allow the investigation or research necessary to complete the search, or it may not be possible to achieve a satisfactory conclusion due to circumstances beyond Ozpeopletrace's control.

Ozpeopletrace is not always able to divulge information obtained during a search. Australian law, or some licensing agreements may prevent the release to the client of certain information, or Ozpeopletrace may discover in the course of an investigation that the whereabouts of the locate should not be revealed to the client. In this case, the locate will be given the opportunity to decide if their whereabouts will be revealed to the client.

Privacy Policy

Ozpeopletrace agrees to protect your privacy. Any information collected about you will be used for no other purpose than to enable Ozpeopletrace to provide the service you have requested.

If you choose not to provide personal information, Ozpeopletrace does not guarantee that we can provide the service you require, or that the service provided is of a satisfactory standard.

Ozpeopletrace will safeguard and keep secure all information held about clients and information gathered on behalf of clients

Ozpeopletrace may use technology to monitor and analyze site usage.
